The impact of the covid 19 pandemic is drastically changing the lives of people including young people, socializing with friends and wider family is highly discouraged and in some places even punishable. Living in these circumstances can be tough for young people for their social, physical and mental wellbeing
Social distancing and especially self-isolating therefore means that all of us are spending more time with much fewer people
We don’t have to allow us be captives of the current social distancing norm.
Social distancing should always be maintained with friends, family and the public, even if you are vaccinated.
